Job Description

• The candidate will be responsible for developing equipment maintenance schedules and making recommendations for machine replacements.
• The candidate will be responsible for hiring, supervising, and training or overseeing employee training in the use of new equipment or manufacturing techniques.
• The candidate will be responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory.
• The candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing changes to machinery and equipment, production systems, and working methods.
• The candidate will be responsible for planning and managing the establishment of the departmental budget.
• The candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should be fluent in English language.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate will be responsible for supervising more than 20 people.
• The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• The candidate should have good judgemental skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate should be reliable.
• The candidate should be a good team player.
• The candidate should give importance to values and ethics.

Work setting

• The candidate should work in an urban area with a high population density.
