Job description
- Candidates will ensure cashier/merchandising staff comply with all store policies and operating procedures.
- They will train cashiers/merchandisers in job functions.
- They will provide on-going guidance and instruction.
- They have to ensure all loss prevention standards are implemented, manages daily cash office inventory and cashier tracking, tracking sheets, PC Optimum procedures
Job requirement
- Candidates must ensure store employees present a proper image to the public in accordance with Uniform Policy.
- They should answer inquiries regarding location of product, rainchecks, etc.
- They should resolve customer issues according to established guidelines (refunds, exchanges, etc.)
- They need to promote the CSI Survey.
Work setting
- Candidates must have the ability to ensure shelves are clean and organised with proper rotation.
- They must have the ability to ensure product displays are set up and taken down as directed by the AFSM/FSM.
