Job Description

The candidate will be required to train workers in duties and company policies.
The candidate will be required to resolve work related problems in the organisation.
The candidate will be required to prepare and submit reports on a daily basis.
The candidate would be responsible for establishing work schedules and procedures.
The candidate will be expected to conduct performance evaluations.
The candidate would be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments.
The candidate will be expected to organise staff training.
The candidate will be required to coordinate, assign and review work periodically.
The candidate would be required to plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization.
The candidate will be required to raise requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as per the requirement.
The candidate will be expected to recruit and hire employees.
The candidate would be responsible for arranging maintenance and repair works
The candidate would be responsible for overseeing all supply chain operations.
The candidate would be responsible for organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
The candidate would be in charge of reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders.
The candidate must be able to ensure the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
The candidate would be in charge of monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
The candidate will be required to tracks, traces, and updates the status of shipments.
The candidate will be required to address and resolving shipment and inventory issues
The candidate must be able to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and retailers.
The candidate would need to adhere to all relevant rules and regulation of the organisation.
The candidate must be able to ensure quality of all services and processes within the facility.
The candidate will be expected to keep accurate inventory records and files.

Job Requirements

The candidate should be fluent in English language.
The candidate should know other languages including Mandarin.
The candidate should have minimum qualification of College or CEGEP or equivalent experience.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in similar industry.

The candidate having hands on experience in Spreadsheet, Electronic scheduler and Electronic Mail is an added advantage.
The candidate should have thorough knowledge in Word processing software, Database software, Inventory control software etc.

Work Setting

The candidate will be required to work in Warehouse, Transportation and Freight forwarding.

The candidate should be bondable and easily communicate.
The candidate should have a thorough Criminal record check.
