Job Description

The candidate must organize tasks in order to complete the work.
The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s operational logistics.
The candidate will be responsible for tracking and completing work orders.
The candidate must coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
The candidate must perform routine clerical duties.
The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining work records and logs.
The candidate must coordinate activities with the warehouse and production units.
The candidate must provide excellent customer service.
The candidate will be responsible for keeping track of shipments.
The candidate will be responsible for scheduling assignments and coordinating the activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
The candidate will be responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory.

Job Requirements

The candidate should be fluent in English language.
The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
Training will be provided to the selected candidate.
The candidate should be client focused.

Work setting

The candidate’s relocation costs should be covered by the employer, allowing the employer to contribute to the employee’s relocation costs incurred in moving closer to the company’s offices or other work locations as required.
The candidate should be willing to relocate whether the candidate would be ready to move into a new city/different city for a job.
The candidate must work for a freight forwarding company.
