Roc’s Grill based in Calgary, AB, is looking for candidates for the position of Food Service Supervisor with 1 vacancies. Job description

  • The candidate will be required to supervise staff who prepare and portion food.
  • The candidate will be required to co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • The candidate will be required to supervise assembly of trays.
  • The candidate will be required to check assembly of trays.
  • The candidate will be required to prepare reports.
  • The candidate will be required to submit reports.
  • The candidate will be required to maintain records of stock.
  • The candidate will be required to maintain records of repairs.
  • The candidate will be required to maintain records of sales.
  • The candidate will be required to maintain records of wastage.
  • The candidate will be required to establish work schedules.
  • The candidate will be required to estimate ingredients.
  • The candidate will be required to estimate supplies.
  • The candidate will be required to order ingredients.
  • The candidate will be required to order supplies.
  • The candidate will be required to ensure food service.
  • The candidate will be required to ensure quality control.
  • The candidate will be required to address customers’ complaints.

Requirements
