Job Description
- The candidate must request food and kitchen supplies.
- The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- The candidate will be responsible for hiring food service staff.
- The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and waste.
- The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
- The candidate must prepare food order summaries for the chef.
- The candidate will be responsible for supervising and checking the assembly of trays.
- The candidate will be responsible for supervising and checking the delivery of food trolleys.
- The candidate must establish work schedules.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
- The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation or equivalent experience.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate must be able to supervise 5 to 10 people.
- The candidate will be responsible for supervising food and beverage servers, food service counter attendants and food preparers, as well as kitchen and food service helpers.
- The candidate should be client-focused.

- The candidate should work in a hotel, motel, or resort with additional sports and leisure facilities framed in a natural environment that attracts visitors beyond the room.
- The candidate should work in bakery retail or commercial bakeries (manufacturing facilities), grocery or wholesale club stores, and restaurants.
