Job Description
- Candidates are appointed to maintain a vehicle mileage database, collect and enter monthly mileage data working at this post.
- Candidates are also appointed to prepare various standard monthly mileage reports.
- Candidates are also appointed to maintain the company vehicle credit card system within the FMIS.
- Candidates are also appointed to provide secretarial and clerical support to departmental staff working at this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain dedicated Grade 12 graduation including courses in business communications and office practices.
- They must attain 12 months directly related experience working at this post.
- Candidates must attain solid knowledge of administrative procedures including filing systems, mail, communication systems, office equipment and the ability to organize work effectively.
- They must be able for working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
