Job Description

• The candidate will be responsible for applying waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level.
• The candidate will be responsible for installing and repairing metal roofs using hand and power tools.
• The candidate will be responsible for installing sheet metal flashings.
• The candidate will be responsible for erecting and installing scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms.
• The candidate will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should be fluent in English language.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must be able to handle weight up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
• The candidate should be dependable.
• The candidate should be reliable.
• The candidate should be a good team player.

Work site environment

• The candidate must be able to work at heights.
• The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
• The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.
• The candidate must be willing to work in hazardous conditions.
• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.

• The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.

• The candidate must be knowledgeable about conventional and inverted built-up systems, modified roofing systems, rigid pre-formed roofing systems, and single-ply sheet membrane roofing systems.
