Job requirement
- Candidates for this post must require fluency in French and English to serve our clients in the community with English-speaking needs to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates for this post must have a valid Insurance person’s license to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have prior experience in Life Insurance to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain 3+ years’ experience in customer service to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have proven problem-resolution competencies and strong oral & written communication skills to be eligible for this post.
- They must ensure flexibility to work from Monday to Friday to be eligible for this post.
Work setting
- Candidates must have dedicated call centre experience to be preferred for this post.
