Job description

  • The candidates will provide investment planning and advice to deliver a solution in the best interests of the customer.
  • They will also provide solutions through the sales of managed products and services.
  • They also take a lead in proactively engaging with new and existing customers and prospects.
  • They are responsible for Implementing business development strategies to acquire new business.

Job requirement

  • The candidates typically between 3-5 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • They must have Personal Financial Planner (PFP) designation and Financial Planning I & II (FP I & II).
  • They must have the ability to advance working knowledge of the financial industry.
  • They must also have knowledge of the Canadian Securities Course – Licensed to sell mutual funds excluding QC or IQPF in Quebec.

Work setting

  • They must be able to specialize knowledge from education and/or business experience.
  • They also have basic knowledge of Influence skills – In-depth.
  • They must have the knowledge of verbal & written communication skills – in-depth.
  • They should have the ability to Analytical and problem solving skills – In-depth.
