Job Description 

  • People who applied for this post are required to identify computer system needs and enhancements and liaise with the Manager and IT support staff and/or consultants to ensure system upgrades are working at this post.
  • Candidates accountable at this post to develops operational procedures, maintain manuals and assist in the training of new staff working at this post.
  • People applying for this post are required to guide film production staff regarding issues related to the Film Guidelines, Code of Conduct, City policies, etc.
  • They’re appointed at this post to represent the Toronto Film and Television Office and the City at confidential pre-production meetings, production site meetings, and site visits with clients and staff of the City, Agencies, Boards, and Commissions.
  • Candidates who applied for this post are required to conduct site visits to monitor the use and suitability of locations for filming working at this post.

Job requirement 

  • Applicants must have completed post-secondary education in a discipline pertinent to the job functions combined with relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Candidates must have extensive experience providing administrative/clerical support at a senior level and handling a broad range of administrative matters to be eligible for this post.
  •  They must have to be proficient in the use of computerized office systems, including MS Office like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to be eligible for this post.

Work setting
