Job Description

The candidate must clean the crops.
The candidate will be responsible for cutting agricultural crops.
The candidate must dose water saturation, light, and temperature as directed for crop growth and development.
The candidate must harvest vegetables by hand.
The candidate must monitor water lines, air flow, and temperature in barns to ensure optimal conditions.
The candidate must pack fruits and vegetables.
The candidate must plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
The candidate must sort fruits and vegetables.
The candidate must harvest crops.
The candidate must examine the product’s quality and readiness for market.
The candidate must perform general farm duties.

Job Requirements

The candidate should be fluent in English language.
The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related industry.
The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
The candidate should be organized and flexible in nature.
The candidate should have good judgemental skills.
The candidate should be reliable.
The candidate should be a good team player.
The candidate should give importance to values and ethics.
The candidate must be a quick learner.

Work site environment

Farm operations include corn farming, fruit and vegetable combination farming, other grain farming, other miscellaneous crop farming, and other vegetable and melon farming (excluding potatoes).
