Job Description

Tomatoes
- The candidate will be required to manage the farming activities of a large size cultivatable land.
- The candidate will be required to develop better Planting, Cultivation and Irrigation Techniques.
- The candidate will be responsible for Harvesting crops.
- The candidate will be required to monitor irrigation and soil moisture as per crop requirements.
- The candidate should be responsible in timely detection of health problems in crops.
- The candidate should be responsible for keeping the farm area clean and hygenic.
- The candidate should be responsible in evaluating the need for alterations in watering schedules.
- The candidate should be able to identify pest and weeds to determine the selection and application of pesticides and fertilizers.
- The candidate will be required to keep an up-to-date knowledge of pests and diseases.
- The candidate should be responsible for timely harvesting and storage of crops.
- The candidate should participate in the inspection, grading, sorting and post harvest treatment of crops.
- Responsible in protecting crops from weeds and pests by taking appropriate actions like spraying pesticides etc.
- The candidate must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
- The candidate must examine the quality of the product and get it ready for the market.

- Previous experience in the farming industry is not mandatory.
