Job Description
- The candidate will be expected to look after the emotional well-being of children.
- The candidate will be required to take children to and from school and appointments.
- The candidate will be required to supervise and care for children.
- The candidate would be responsible for preparing and serving nutritious meals
- The candidate will be required to maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home.
- The candidate would be responsible for instructing children in personal hygiene and social development.
- The candidate would be responsible for planning and supervising balanced routines that include physical activities, rest, and playtime.
- The candidate will be required to help children with homework.
- The candidate will be required to travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision.
- The candidate will be required to perform light housekeeping duties like cleaning and tidying the room or house, changing beds etc.
- The candidate would be in charge of washing, ironing and pressing clothes and household linens.
- In the absence of the householder, the candidate would be able to assume full responsibility for the household.
- The candidate must go shopping for food and household supplies.
- The candidate will be required to provide responsible care and maintaining all safety standards.
- The candidate will be required to maintain professional and positive relationships with parents, children and staff.
- The candidate would be responsible for notifying supervisors and parents of any signs of emotional or developmental issues.
- The candidate would be responsible for encouraging children to participate in all activities.
- The candidate will be expected to discipline children using the methods specified by the parents.
- The candidate will be required to provide age-appropriate educational training through organized activities such as games, crafts, reading and outings.
- The candidate will be required to keep records of daily activities and health information regarding each child.
- The candidate will be required to works with children on language skills and creative activities like art, music and dance.
- When necessary, the candidate will be required to provide first aid or CPR to children.
- The candidate would be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment
- The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of children in your care.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English or French languages.
- The candidate should have minimum qualification of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- The ideal candidate should have a minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in similar industry.
- The candidate must have First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate
- The candidate will be required to supervise and care for multi-aged group of children
- The candidate would be in charge of children aged 6 to 12 years old and over 12 years old.
- The candidate should be organized and flexible in nature.
- The candidate should be punctual.
- The candidate should be dependable.

- The candidate should have good interpersonal skills, professionalism, and patience.
