Job Description 

  • Applicants working at this post are required to draft contract and agreement language for term SFUFA faculty and other faculty appointments concluded by the Dean, ensuring Faculty-wide procedural and policy compliance working at this post.
  • Applicants are also required for this post to coordinate training and onboarding activities for FCAT Directors, senior academic administrators and staff.
  • Candidates for this post are appointed to draft project plans, monitor timeliness and report on the progress of activities working at this post.
  • They’re also required at this post to coordinate a range of confidential administrative support for faculty affairs matters to the Dean, and Associate Deans working at this post.

Job requirement 

  • Candidates for this post must have completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and 3 years of related experience to be eligible for this post.
  • They must attain prior experience in the coordination of complex administrative processes, and project management to be preferred for this post.
  • Applicants for this post must have prior working knowledge of post-secondary academic and administrative policies, procedures, and services to be eligible for this post.
  • They’re also appointed to this post for having excellent planning, budgeting, and project coordination skills to get preferred for this post.
  • Applicants must have excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to summarize complex information into reports.
  • Applicants must attain the ability to interpret policies and develop recommendations to be eligible for this post.
