Job description
- All candidates will be responsible for the Community Services Department that strives for excellent service delivery to the citizens of Edmonton.
- They are also responsible for collaborating with user groups, central bookings team and on site staff to ensure that client bookings are aligned with the intended usage of the facility.
- Applicants have to manage the rental and/or use of space within the facility using City of Edmonton approved facility booking system (Intelligenz or equivalent)
Job requirement
- They are also required to have a minimum of three (3) year’s progressively responsible experience in the area of specialization.
- All candidates must have completion of the twelfth (12th) school grade including business subjects.
- They are also requested to have knowledge of the City’s recreation facilities would be an asset.
- Candidates must hold excellent working knowledge of Google Applications (Docs and Gmail) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point). Demonstrated experience in Intelligenz software is an asset.

- All candidates must have fully managed the end-to-end booking process at the Kinsmen Sports Centre (KSC), including for all aquatic, fieldhouse and meeting room assets.
- They are also requested to have support the high-performance pathway program and Kinsmen’s dual mandate.
