Job Description
- They’re required at this post to install, maintain, repair, dismantle, and reassemble machinery working at this post.
- Applicants are also appointed to use welding equipment, hand, and power tools as necessary.
- They’re appointed at this post to perform minor repairs including the replacement of gearboxes, sprockets, chains, doors and panels working at this post.
- Applicants for this post are appointed to perform visual inspections of buildings to maintain Building Code standards.
- They’re also appointed at this post to do repair and maintenance on the HVAC unit and ensure that all work is completed in a safe manner and complies with applicable industry standards.
Job requirement
- Candidates must possess a valid Driver’s licence with a clean abstract and must possess an Interprovincial Journeyman Millwright license or Red Seal to be eligible for this post.
- They must have a minimum of 3 years of field experience and prior knowledge of building mechanics, Hangar door systems, control systems, BMS systems, Mechanical system operation and others to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants must attain excellent written and oral communication skills to be preferred for this post.
- They must be detail-oriented and acquire dedicated basic computer knowledge to be eligible for this post.
Work setting
