Job Description 

• Candidates working in this post are appointed to achieve key milestones for the School’s opening and provide organizational and operational oversight for all centralized functions.
• This position will play an instrumental role in leading a highly complex coordination of efforts to successfully establish the SFU Medical School in addition to its ongoing operations and reputation working at this post.
• They’re required at this post to assemble the team that will help build the SFU Medical School and establish the core operations critical to the School’s early success working at this post.

Job requirement 

• Applicants who applied for this post must have a master’s of public administration with 10+ years of related experience in a Health or Health Education senior leadership position with a focus on overseeing the scaling of operations from nascency working at this post.
• They’re also appointed to this post for outstanding change leadership and creative problem-resolution skills working at this post.
• They must obtain excellent knowledge of and commitment to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, with the experiences and ability to provide leadership in addressing inequities and hold EDI as a priority working at this post.

Work setting 

• They must attain excellent knowledge and commitment to Indigenization and Reconciliation to be preferred for this post.
