Job Description
- Candidates for this post are appointed to manage recreation programs, creating alignment with institutional goals and the academic mission working at this post.
- They’re also appointed at this post to develop and implement strategic plans and policies that enhance SFU’s reputation working at this post.
Job requirement
- Applicants working at this post must have completed a master’s degree in Business Administration or education to be eligible for this post.
- They must have completed at least 10 years of directly related executive-level experience leading the delivery of services.
- students must have completed the post-secondary environment, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates working in this post must have prior excellent knowledge and experience in marketing, public relations and fundraising with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders in diverse environments.
- Candidates working at this post must have excellent knowledge of, and sensitivity to, diversity, gender, race, ethnicity, Indigeneity, sexual identity and socio-economic issues to be eligible for this post.
- They must have excellent knowledge of student development, learning and wellness and excellent knowledge of Canadian post-secondary institutions to be eligible for this post.
- They must have excellent oral and written interpersonal skills along with excellent problem-solving solving, conflict-resolution skills including sound leadership judgment and discretion.
