Job Description

  • Candidates appointed to this post are required to manage, facilitate, and expedite a range of time-sensitive tasks on behalf of the Executive Director’s Office.
  • They’re also accountable for acting as the primary contact for the Executive Director’s Office.
  • Candidates are accountable at this post to maintain effective working relations with divisional management staff and officials outside of the division with whom Finance Shared Services conducts regular business.
  • Applicants who apply for this post are required to maintain a continuous awareness of corporate and divisional administrative systems and procedures working at this post.
  • They’re also accountable for organizational structure and major activities to provide effective administrative assistance working at this post.

Job requirement

  • Candidates must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications, managing databases and an aptitude for learning new technologies to be eligible for this post.
  • People must know financial management software such as SAP and must attain strong verbal and written communication skills to be eligible for this post.
  • Candidates must have highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver excellent customer service to be eligible for this post.
  • Candidates must attain the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels and with external partners and stakeholders to be considered as an asset for this post.

Work setting

  • Applicants are appointed to maintain administrative tasks including preparation, research, investigation, review, reconciliation and co-ordination of various documentation and processes working at this post.
