Job Description 

  • Candidates are appointed at this post to project manage, facilitate, and expedite a range of time-sensitive tasks on behalf of the Executive Director’s Office.
  • They’re accountable at this post to maintain effective working relations with divisional management staff and officials outside of the division with whom Finance Shared Services conducts regular business working at this post.
  • Applicants who applied for this post are required to maintain a continuous awareness of corporate and divisional administrative systems and procedures, organizational structure and major activities to provide effective administrative assistance.Candidates are accountable for performing highly independent, specialized administrative tasks, including preparation, research, investigation, and others working at this post.
  • People who applied for this post are required for the reconciliation and co-ordination of various documentation and processes working at this post.

Job requirement 

  • Candidates must attain the ability to be flexible, adaptable and resourceful to changing needs, take initiative and find innovative solutions.

  • People must have prior knowledge of financial reporting, budget analysis and process and the ability to assist with the interpretation of financial data and documents to be eligible for this post.
  • They must have strong analytical and proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to research and gather information in a timely fashion.
  • People must attain the ability to work independently under minimal supervision to be eligible for this post.

Work setting
