Job Description
- Candidates working at this post are appointed to provide comprehensive administrative and financial services.
- They’re also appointed to provide liaison support to book meetings and also required to answer queries and respond to requests.
- They’re required to provide information in response to inquiries, coordinate events, travel, meetings and gather information working at this post.
- They’re also appointed to provide expertise and guidance, arrange services, receive approvals and exchange information.
- Candidates are also appointed to arrange for services and handle monitoring work performance, and sign off on delivery working at this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain secondary school diploma or equivalent certificate with a minimum of 1 year of recent, related senior administrative support experience.
- They must have dedicated experience in preparing spreadsheets, databases, and using standard computer applications
- Candidates must have experience coordinating services and managing the daily business of senior executives.
- They must attain experience as an executive assistant to be eligible at this post.
- They must have experience providing financial services, reconciling transactions, reviewing financial reports, preparing accruals, etc.
- Candidates must have experience working with a Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
- They must have experience in working in a human resources environment.
- They must have a dedicated degree, diploma, or certificate in a related field to be eligible for this post.
