Job Description
- Candidates are appointed to provide supervision of servers, training, and timely communication.
- They’re appointed to assist with promoting the business by developing customer relations through a high degree of customer service.
- Candidates are also appointed to work as a team member to control costs and monitor loss prevention.
- Candidates are appointed to coordinate food, beverage and meeting room set-up requirements as per instructions provided by the event coordinator.
- They’re appointed to perform inventory checks to ensure that adequate equipment levels and controls are in place to ensure a smooth operation.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain dedicated 3 years of working experience working as a supervisor to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain dedicated experience directly supervising events.
- Candidates must have a firm understanding of employee supervision practices, and the requirements to successfully oversee events and concessions
- Candidates must attain the computer skills required, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new programs.
