Job Description 

  • Candidates working in this post are required to ensure that all activities are conducted in compliance with governing regulations, Bank policies, and processes.
  • People applied for this post are also appointed to ensure global consistency and alignment to established governing regulations, Bank policies, and processes to avoid precedent-setting outcomes working at this post.
  •  People applying for this post are also required to write investigative reports and present findings and recommendations to Senior Leadership to mitigate legal risk to the Bank working at this post.
  •  They’re also appointed at this post to promote and support a seamless and consistent experience for employees and People Managers with ER/LR issues and concerns applied for this post.
  • Candidates working at this post are required to update and maintain accurate information in the ER/LR case file to ensure defensibility against potential litigation applied for this post.
