Job Description 

  • Candidates working in this post are required to prepare annual enforcement work plans forecasting planned volumes of programs.
  •  They’re also appointed at this post for maintaining and preparing court-related information as well as preparing legal documents, summons, disclosures and subpoenas applied for this post.
  • People who apply for this post are required to respond to enquiries and provide information to the public, private transportation industry and ministry staff by telephone and in person working at this post.
  • Candidates working at this post are appointed to compile data on enforcement issues and submit information in the form of reports and correspondence, briefing notes applied for this post.

Job requirement 

  • They must attain the ability to handle, process, and reconcile invoices, and administration records and order office supplies to be eligible for this post.
  • Candidates must attain the ability to evaluate and gather financial and statistical information to forecast, budget and conduct cost evaluations to be eligible for this post.
  • Applicants who applied for this post must attain the ability to interpret, apply and explain applicable legislation, policies and procedures to be considered as an asset for this post.
  • They must have prior knowledge of court administration, policy and procedures to be considered as an asset for this post.
