Job Description
- Candidates accountable for this post are required to lead and deliver recognition programs, policies, processes and procedures for all Branches across the system, ensuring a high level of consistency across branches.
- They’re also appointed at this post to monitor the invoicing of the various Recognition programs working at this post.
- Candidates are accountable for seeking synergies between Ops Branches and developing and implementing Recognition strategies with Branches working at this post.
- Candidates are also appointed to research new Recognition trends and organize regular meetings with the AC team and recognition vendor applied for this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates accountable for this post must have university degree in Education or Business Administration or the equivalent to be eligible for this post.
- They must have experience with employee management and unionized to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills with an aptitude for precision.
- People must have excellent interpersonal skills along with the ability to work well under pressure to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain sound decision-making skills along with the ability to establish work priorities and performance and meet tight deadlines.
- They must have a customer service ethic and high expectations for quality along with excellent communication skills, including writing and proofreading.
- They must have to be a creative thinker and problem solvers to be the right candidate for this post.
