Job Description
- Candidates working in this post are appointed to read industry magazines and product reviews to maintain current knowledge of technology and trends of sales area products.
- They’re appointed to participate in merchandise moves and review lists of items for forklift drivers to place in the aisles for stocking.
- Candidates for this post are required to organize security item lock-up and clear debris from the sales floor and security lock-up.
- Candidates for this post are required to organize security item lock-up and clear debris from the sales floor and security lock-up. Sweeps floor.
- Candidates are also appointed to read literature and experiment with products to learn functions and specifications.
- Candidates are appointed to communicate with the Area Manager regarding quantity, status, price, delivery and promotion of merchandise.
- They’re required to follow merchandising standards and practices.
- They’re required to approve products for member returns, make signs and check the accuracy of product signage and marking.
- Candidates working at this post are appointed to assist in other areas of the warehouse working at this post.
- Other accountabilities will also be assigned to the candidates to fulfil the organizational objectives.
Job requirement
- Candidates for this post must have completed a high school diploma to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have dedicated sales experience to be eligible for this post.
- They must pass the Costco PC/Electronics knowledge test to be eligible for this post.
