Job Description
- The candidate will assess the children’s development and create a learning plan tailored to their specific needs.
- The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing child-care programs that support and promote children’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
- The candidate must lead activities such as telling or reading stories, teaching songs, and taking children to local points of interest.
- The candidate will be expected to discuss the children’s progress and problems at staff meetings.
- The candidate must attend staff meetings to discuss the progress and problems of the children.
- The candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating activities for school-aged children inย child-careย programs before and after regular school hours.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
- The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate must be able to supervise 1 to 2 people.
- The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
- The candidate should be a good team player.
