Olive Grove Childcare based in West Vancouver, BC, is looking for candidates for the position of Early Childhood Education Worker with 1 vacancy. The ones chosen to be employed will be required to start work as soon as possible. Olive Grove Childcare has an approved Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) to hire a foreign worker to fill labor or skills shortages on a temporary basis. The vacancies refer to that of permanent employment and a full time job. The shift will extend in day from 07:30 to 17:30.

Requirements

The candidate should have a Other trades certificate or diploma.
The candidate should have a Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate.
The candidate should have a First Aid Certificate.
Experience of the candidate in the concerned field will be given preference.

The candidate should have excellent oral communication skills.
The candidate should have excellent written communication skills.

The candidate should be able to supervise staff.

The candidate should be able to plan and organize activities for school-age children in child-care programs before and after regular school hours.
The candidate should be able to supervise and co-ordinate activities of other early childhood educators and early childhood educator assistants.
The candidate should know English.
