BrightStart Children’s Academy Ltd. based in West Vancouver, BC, is looking for candidates for the position of Early Childhood Educator (E.C.E) with 4 vacancy. The ones chosen to be employed will be required to start work as soon as possible. BrightStart Children’s Academy Ltd. has an approved Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) to hire a foreign worker to fill labor or skills shortages on a temporary basis. The vacancies refer to that of permanent employment and a full time job. The shift will extend in day.

Job description

Requirements

  • The candidate should have a College degree, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • The candidate should have a Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate.
  • The candidate should have Child abuse registry check.
  • Experience of the candidate in the concerned field will be given preference.
  • Experience of the candidate in the concerned field of at least one month to less than seven months is required.
  • The candidate should have a thorough Criminal record check.
  • The candidate should have excellent oral communication skills.
  • The candidate should have excellent written communication skills.
  • The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
  • The work will involve a combination of bending, crouching, kneeling which the candidate should be comfortable with.
  • The candidate should have interpersonal awareness.
