Job description
- Candidates will have to report to the supervisor of water distribution waste water collection.
- Candidates will also spend flexible working hours at this post .
- Candidates will have to deal with various equipment.
- They will ensure that equipment is properly maintained in place.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have possess technical knowledge of water distribution, wastewater and stormwater collection systems and maintenance techniques.
- They must register for the exam with the Ministry of the Environment and Conservation .
- They must be able to operate construction equipment such as backhoe, tapping machine, pumps, hydraulic equipment, etc.
- They must have previous experience working software management.
Work setting
- Candidate need to be physically fit to do labour intensive work including heavy lifting while working in inclement weather.
- Candidate must be able to respond to any emergency calls while being on standby within twenty-five (25) minutes and all other emergency calls within thirty-five (35)ย minutes when not on standby.ย
- They must needed to possess a valid Class “D” driver’s licence with an air brake (Z) endorsement.ย
