Job Description
- The candidate must ensure the accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries.
- The candidate must perform light cleaning duties.
- The candidate must keep work records and logs.
- The candidate must keep track of personnel workloads and locations.
- The candidate will be expected to carry out general office duties.
- The candidate must provide excellent customer service.
- The candidate must dispatch personnel in accordance with schedules and work orders.
- The candidate will be responsible for dispatching personnel as needed in emergency situations.
- The candidate must be able to handle wake-up calls.
- The candidate must be familiar with cross-border dispatching regulations and practises.
- The candidate must be knowledgeable about highway trucking and the associated rules and regulations.
- The candidate must maintain vehicle operator work records.
- The candidate must keep track of mileage, fuel consumption, repairs, and other expenses.
- The candidate must plan assignments and coordinate the activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
- Candidate having experience is an asset.
- The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
- The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.

Experience and specialization
Computer and technology knowledge
