Job Description
- The candidate must ensure that the equipment operates properly.
- The candidate must perform light cleaning duties.
- The candidate will be responsible for maintaining work records and logs.
- The candidate will be responsible for monitoring personnel workloads and locations.
- The candidate will be responsible for organizing the warehouse and work areas.
- The candidate will be responsible for performing general office duties.
- The candidate must provide excellent customer service.
- The candidate will be responsible for advising vehicle operators on traffic and related issues.
- The candidate will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance of communication equipment.
- The candidate will be responsible for dispatching personnel in accordance with work orders and schedules.
- The candidate will be responsible for following up on work-order issues.
- The candidate will be responsible for keeping track of shipments.
- The candidate must be knowledgeable about cross-border dispatching regulations and practices.
- The candidate must maintain vehicle operator work records.
- The candidate must process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment.
- The candidate will be responsible for keeping track of mileage, fuel consumption, repairs, and other expenses.
- The candidate will be responsible for responding to urgent calls from individuals who find themselves in life threatening situation and who require assistance.
- The candidate will be responsible for scheduling assignments and coordinating the activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
- Training will be provided to the selected candidate.
- The candidate will be responsible for supervising more than 20 people.
- The candidate should be client focused.
- The candidate should be organized and flexible in nature.
- The candidate should be reliable.
- The candidate should be a good team player.
