Job description
- Candidates have to train other DSD Associates to follow all receiving area processes.
- They have to ensure a clean receiving area by preparing returns, claims, MTR’S for prompt shipment with all necessary documentation.
- They will have to follow and promote safety rules for lifting procedures, box blades, pallet jacks, ladders etc.
Job requirement
- Candidates must be flexible and helpful.
- They must have the ability to safeguard backdoor and key controls to ensure compliance with Company guidelines.
- They must have the ability to be a good listener and team player.
- Candidates must be good communicators who can communicate well.
Work setting
- Candidates have to work closely with the Operations Manager, Office Support Associate to effectively correct any problems or discrepancies.
- They will have to follow guidelines for cold chain compliance to ensure quality assurance including documenting all necessary information on the Receiving Temperature Log / Sure Check App.
