Job Description
- Applicants are required to consider evidence, data and trends to inform partnerships, research development, and programming for children working at this post.
- Candidates are also required to develop, recommend and manage the annual operating and capital and state of good repair budgets.
- Applicants are also appointed to ensure that the unit’s expenditures are controlled and maintained within approved budget limitations set by the City and Province.
- They’re appointed at this post to lead and motivate a diverse workforce, ensuring effective teamwork working at this post.
- Candidates for this post are also appointed to manage complex labour relations within a large, unionized environment working at this post.
- Applicants at this post are appointed to communicate on behalf of the division to media, senior officials, elected representatives, and other levels of government working at this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have extensive experience providing leadership, operational direction, and strategic advice to a large, complex childcare or other related social service program to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants applying for this post must have considerable experience supporting a diverse workforce, mentoring and leading staff, and managing labor relations issues to be eligible for this Candidates must have highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate, resolve conflict, and problem solve to be eligible for this post.
- They must have excellent strategic, lateral thinking, planning, analytical, and problem solving skills with the capacity to effectively plan, develop, implement and undertake special projects to be eligible for this post.
Work setting
