Job Description
- Candidates will have to support the leasing team to ensure department objectives are achieved.
- Candidates will also act as a primary leasing contract for assigned projects.
- Candidates will also negotiate all the tenant deals, offers and leases for assigned projects.
- Candidates will also have to provide regular updates on all projects and transactions as required and also analyze against the budget.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must have post-secondary education related to real estate and finance.
- Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience.
- Candidates must have the ability to work independently under pressure.
