Job Description
- Candidates for this post are appointed to ensure stakeholder engagement to gather input, build relationships and foster collaborative approaches to human rights and gender-based and sexual violence issues.
- They’re also appointed to provide advice to college leadership on Human Rights and Gender-based and sexual violence issues.
- Candidates are also appointed to provide critical direction and strategic advice to the AVP, OAREHRS on operational planning, service delivery effectiveness and process optimization.
- Candidates are required to manage and support the analysis of data and generate meaningful reports as required by legislation and as requested by senior leadership.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain the ability to identify, analyze and sensitively and effectively address complex issues.
- Candidates must have completed a Master’s degree in Human Rights or other related fields or equivalent experience.
- They’re also appointed to demonstrate knowledge of investigative frameworks, including the application and use of violence risk assessment principles in determining actionable items in investigations.
- Candidates must attain skills in building and maintaining effective working relationships across organizations to enhance awareness, manage expectations and deliver priorities.
