Job description

  • Candidates will create and oversee customer experience programmes to improve your ability to collect data quickly and gain insights for creating memorable experiences.
  • They will optimise data governance to enhance the client experience over time.
  • They must be accountable for determining the needs for technology business requirements, metrics, and short- and long-term CE reporting.
  • They must collaborate among departments on the necessary strategic procedures and coordination to effectively fulfil the expectations of both internal and external clients.

Job requirement

  • Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or business administration is preferred.
  • They should have preferably at least ten years of experience leading customer experience teams in roles.
  • They should have experience with trains and familiarity with CPKC procedures and systems are advantages.

Work setting

  • Candidates must have a track record of successfully implementing intricate, multifaceted customer-facing programmes. 
  • They must have the demonstrated ability to manage and grow high-performing teams.
