- Candidates working in this post are appointed to work closely with technology partners to identify and develop business requirements documentation. Â
- They’re also appointed to identify new collaborative partnerships across the organization and with external partners as well as other healthcare providers to foster awareness of pharmacy services and inter-professional collaboration. Â
- Candidates for this post are appointed to oversee the enablement of the pharmacy’s scope of practice and reimbursement.
- Candidates working in this post are also appointed to ensure adherence to provincial guidelines and regulations as practice tools, SOPs, training and store communications are developed. Â
- They’re also required to keep abreast of pharmacy regulatory changes and healthcare trends.Â
- They’re also appointed to ensure that your team maintains documentation of changes for the benefit of the organization as primary care subject matter experts.Â
Job requirementÂ
- Candidates must have 7 to 10 years of relevant experience, including strategic planning, execution of digital healthcare solutions, consumer communication, healthcare program development and leading cross-functional projects. Â
- Candidates must have completed a dedicated university degree, preferably in the area of Healthcare/Digital Marketing/Business and others.Â
- Candidates must have people management experience, with the ability to establish team goals, empower and delegate to be eligible for this post.Â
- Candidates must acquire exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills, and experienced in establishing relationships at all levels to be eligible for this post.Â
- Candidates must be proficient in financial analysis and modelling and attain the ability to build financial business cases and analyze reports to be eligible for this post.Â
- Candidates must have dedicated experience working in a regulated environment collaborating with Legal and Regulatory teams and adhering to established processes to be eligible for this post.
Work settingÂ
- Candidates must have dedicated healthcare or pharmacy experience as a definite asset as well as being bilingual to be eligible for this post.
