Job Description
- Candidates are appointed to lead and coordinate quarterly team and COE meetings.
- They’re also required to define strategic processes and planning for initiatives by summarizing, communicating, and aligning inputs from business areas and other internal partners as required.
- Candidates are appointed to design and lead cadence for Leadership Team Governance initiatives.
- Candidates will also have to conduct a variety of research & trend scoping, provide analysis regularly, and develop tangible metrics to measure the success of a project and ensure tracking against targets is in place.
- They’re appointed to work with various project teams to identify and assess project risks and mitigation plans, and take a focused approach to leading project issues and risks.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain a minimum 7-10 years of previous work experience.
- A dedicated University degree or post-secondary education is also required to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates with PMP Designation are recognized as an asset.
- They must attain a dedicated understanding of the Agile and Scrum methodologies
