Job Description
- Candidates will have to develop strategic messaging and communication for key stakeholders, including presentations, memos and content development.
- They’re also appointed to oversee Pharmacy training plans for new and existing speciality programs.
- Candidates will have to work collaboratively with enterprise teams to ensure compliant implementation of strategic initiatives related to speciality pharmacy practice.
- They’re appointed to perform regular root cause analysis and support remediation plan development and execution related to pharmacy escalations and medication incidents.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have dedicated experience in leading strategic initiatives related to quality, compliance and pharmacy best practices.
- Candidates must attain a strong ability to influence and negotiation skills.
- They must require excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidates must attain at least 7 years of experience in pharmacy proceedings.
- They must have a successful track record of leading change without authority.
- Candidates must attain strong working knowledge of pharmacy processes and systems at SDM, LCL and PHX.
