Job description
- Candidates working at this post are required to provide coaching, training, leadership and guidance to departmental teams related to digital content design, and enhance knowledge of corporate content standards with internal partners working at this post.

Job requirement
- Candidates must attain a dedicated university degree or diploma in digital communications, journalism, communications or a related field to be eligible for this post.
- They must have a minimum of six years of progressive business experience with a proven track record in digital communications.
- Applicants must have experience leading editorial strategy for informational, service-focused and transactional websites to be eligible for this post.
- They must have prior experience in working with WordPress and other content publishing systems.
- Candidates must know how to use customer feedback to improve or refine web page content through user surveys and analytics tools to be considered as an asset for this post.
Work setting
- Candidates must be highly developed in conflict resolution, project management, time management, organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills to be eligible for this post.
