Job Description
- The candidate must deliver and pick up messages, parcels, and other items by hand.
- The candidate must operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.
- The candidate must maintain professionalism in customer service.
- The candidate must receive and relay information to central dispatch.
- The candidate must sell products through established routes.
- The candidate will be responsible for delivering newspapers and flyers to residences and businesses.
- The candidate must prepare, package, and replenish goods.
- The candidate must load and unload goods.
- The candidate must follow directions and read the map.
- The candidate must use maps and other trip planning tools.
- The candidate must record all trip-related information, including mileage, fuel expenses, and any issues.
- The candidate must pay for and receive payments for goods.
- The candidate must provide excellent customer service.
- The candidate will be responsible for performing pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections, as well as overseeing all aspects of the vehicle.
