Job Description
- The candidate must collect data to identify areas for improvement in an organization’s IT infrastructure.
- The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic blueprint for database deployment within their organization.
- The candidate must take steps to ensure that unauthorized users cannot access the data.
- The candidate will be responsible for setting up the IT infrastructure to allow applications to access databases.
- The candidate will be responsible for testing data models and database management systems.
- The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing data administration policies, standards and models.
- The candidate must research and document data requirements, data collection and administration policies, and data access rules.
- The candidate will be responsible for developing policies and procedures for network access and usage, as well as data backup and recovery.
- The candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating data administrator teams in the development and implementation of data policies, standards, and models.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a related industry.
