Job Description
- Candidates working at this post are appointed to provide regular and ad hoc reporting to Floor Leads and Supervisor for their department.
- They’re also assigned to a main department, and may be required to support all areas of the distribution center like value-added services, receiving, returns, damages, picking, packing, transfers, shipping, and overall movement of inventory as business needs dictate with general department tasks.
- They’re also appointed to engage in training, team building, meetings, and personal development.
- Candidates are also responsible for maintaining a safe work environment through our safety program and lean mentality.
- They’re also responsible for performing job duties in accordance with DC Guidelines and company policies.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain Knowledge of Manhattan and WMS and attain the ability to communicate professionally with business stakeholders both written and verbally.
- They must attain the ability to effectively listen and provide direction to the hourly workforce to be eligible for this post.
- They must have basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Demonstrated ability to analyze reporting to be eligible for this post.
- They must acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for their life.
- Candidates must possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results.
