Job Description
- Candidates working in this post are appointed to support system accuracy within their department.
- They’re also appointed to provide regular and ad hoc reporting to Floor Leads and Supervisor for their department.
- Candidates are also appointed to engage in training, team building, meetings, and personal development.
- They’re also responsible for maintaining a safe work environment through our safety program and lean mentality.
- Candidates are also responsible for performing job duties according to DC Guidelines and company policies.
- Candidates are also appointed to keep the warehouse clean and always organized.
- They’re required to perform other duties and projects as assigned by leadership.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain knowledge of Manhattan and WMS and the ability to communicate professionally with business stakeholders both written and verbally.
- Candidates must attain the ability to effectively listen and provide direction to the hourly workforce to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel and acquire a demonstrated ability to analyze reporting.
- Candidates must be capable of adapting to third-party technologies.
- Candidates must attain excellent counting skills and detailed focus and attain the ability to meet attendance requirements.
- They must acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for their life.
