Job Description 

  • Candidates working in this post are required for technical product issues, reproducing and coordinating resolutions with our Technical Escalations, Product and Customer Success teams. 
  • They’re also appointed at this post to provide guidance, and needs-based solutions and proactively identify the customer’s next challenge to help them get the most out of working with Clio. 
  • Applicants for this post are also required to coach the users to leverage self-serve resources and group training opportunities. 
  • Applicants at this post are appointed to identify when a customer is a fit for additional products or services and connect them with the appropriate team to discuss options further. 
  • They’re also required at this post for capturing feedback on the product for use by our Product team.
