Job Description
- The candidate must authorize routine deposits and withdrawals.
- The candidate must coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
- The candidate will be responsible for establishing work schedules and procedures.
- The candidate must examine and verify the accuracy of the work.
- The candidate will be responsible for identifying the training needs of employees.
- The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
- The candidate will be responsible for resolving work issues, providing technical advice, and recommending ways to improve productivity and product quality.
- The candidate will be responsible for training staff/workers on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
- The candidate must perform the same duties as the workers being supervised.
- The candidate must coordinate, assign, and review work.
- The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery,ย as well as arranging repair work, to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- The candidate must request materials and supplies.
- The candidate will be responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory.
- The candidate must present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques, or room billings.
- The candidate must keep maintenance reports and documentation.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
- Fluency in Mandarin,ย Cantonese and Tagalog is an asset.
- The candidate will be responsible for supervising customer service clerks and working groups.
- The candidate must be able to supervise 5 to 10 people.
- The candidate should be client focused.
- The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- The candidate must be well-organized.
- The candidate should be reliable.
- The candidate should be a good team player.
