Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for acting as an organization’s spokesperson.
- The candidate must answer to both written and oral inquiries.
- The candidate will be responsible for addressing customer complaints or concerns.
- The candidate will be responsible for answering to inquiries and providing information to customers.
- The candidate must make arrangements for refunds and credits.
- The candidate must explain the type and cost of services provided.
- The candidate must issue receipts and other forms.
- The candidate must obtain and examine all relevant information in order to assess client feedback, inquiries, and complaints in order deliver meaningful information and services.
- The candidate will be responsible for receiving and logging complaints.
- The candidate will need to receive payments.
- The candidate must explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients.
- The candidate will be responsible for answering client inquiries and providing information.
- The candidate must consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
- The candidate will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments.
- The candidate must answer electronic inquiries.
- The candidate must contact potential customers by phone.
- The candidate will be responsible for managing the coordination and overall integration of technical activities in architecture or engineering projects.

- The candidate should be fluent in English language.

- Candidate having experience is an asset.
