Job Description
- Candidates working at this post are required to process activity enrollments and facility booking requests received via phone, email or in-person.
- People are also required to process refund/transfer/withdrawal requests received via phone, e-mail or in-person working at this post.
- Candidates are appointed to utilize sales and marketing techniques to promote recreational services and facilities working at this post.
- Candidates who applied for this post are required to provide administrative support to the operation, including tasks working at this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have completed graduation from Secondary School and post-secondary education to be eligible for this post.
- They must have a minimum of 5 years of progressive office experience or equivalent related experience in a team-oriented, customer service environment to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must know about recreation registration and booking business processes and related Corporate Policies and Procedures.
- They must have experience in processing registrations and bookings to be eligible for this post.
- They must be proficient in the use of computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and ActiveNet.
- Candidates must attain the ability to establish priorities and deal efficiently with changing priorities.
- They must have advanced time management, prioritization and organizational skills to be eligible for this post.
Work setting
- Candidates are appointed to liaise with internal staff to resolve customer service issues and provide information to senior staff as required.
- Candidates are also accountable for strictly adhering to all cash handling standards, policies and procedures working at this post.
